Today I have been in Japan for one month… in that time I have learned many things - some, the hard way! Always good for a laugh when that happens!
On Monday, we also said goodbye to the house we built 24 years ago, the home we raised our boys in… so many memories, so many moments…
Now we move on and make a new home - for now - that is Japan… but wherever we are - it will be home - everything else is just stuff… in Japan, the apartment feels like home - it will be home when Mark arrives in Japan.
I miss people - for sure. Friends and family. I have never been so grateful (ever) for technology. It has helped me feel connected even though I am a world away and a day ahead.
